An interesting an unusual Aesthetic Movement antique coffee cup & saucer painted in gold with lily of the valley sprigs,a large beetle and a moth,which have little raised dots ,as do the blossoms. Fine Eggshell type porcelain. Probably German. The cup is 6.3 cms across the top And 6 cms high. The saucer is 11.7 cms,across. No chips or cracks, yhe gilding is a little worn in spots on the handle and nearly all gone around the top rim of the cup.
